Up for sale is a NZ Made 5.5M Red Knight Hypalon RIB powered by a 140HP Suzuki 2-Stroke Outboard.

Rides great even in higher swells, top speed at 30 Knots I think, cruise at about 20-25Knots for maximum efficiency. Great as a Dive/Fishing platform.

Red Knight RIB:

The RIB is great with its very deep V Hull which makes cutting through waves easy and rides stable. RIB is a little old but has been really great, the Hypalon tubes are old but it does hold air and once pumped up, it does not leak air and stays inflated. I do always deflate it halfway when unused when it’s hot out. Was thinking of repainting the tubes but no time now. New owner can paint it, I can show you what I’d use. Nice and Wide In the inside as compared to newer RIBs. Paint on left is just for sample for new owner, will recommend paint.

Outboard:

Outboard is in Great Condition with an great even compression of 120PSI across all cylinders. Quite clean inside out for its age. Pumps plenty of water. Tilt Trim all works, no gauges. Being a Japanese Outboard, quite reliable in my personal  experience, with this being my second Suzuki.

History on Outboard - Just mounted on Boat 08/01/2020 , previous owner said it had been sitting for years without use but started right away when tested before sale. 

Recommend servicing before use, the usuals, impeller, lower oil unit, spark plugs, etc...

Trailer:

Good trailer. No W.O.F. Will need minimal work to get a W.O.F, I think only thing need to be done on it is the leaf spring, otherwise good solid trailer.
