A Summons has been issued against the Judgment Debtor Gun Yung Oh in the Auckland High Court.

A copy of the Summons containing information for you, may be obtained from Prestige Law – email litigation@prestigelawyers.co.nz to arrange for these documents to be sent to you.

If you do not oppose the making of an order of adjudication by 1pm on the last working day before the hearing at 10:45am on 11 April 2018 and do not attend, the court will proceed in your absence.

Any person knowing the whereabouts of Gun Yung OH is asked to bring this notice to their attentions.
