관심있는분은 도전해 보시기 바랍니다. 

The National Concerto Competition is a competition for young classical musicians aged under 25 years.  It is an annual event held in Christchurch  and we are in our celebrating our 50^th competition!

The 2016/2017 competition is for Piano and Instrumental competitors and the Preliminaries are on Tuesday 6^th to Thursday 8^th December and a Semi-Final day is Friday 9^th December.  This is all being held at  The Piano, 156 Armagh Street, Christchurch. 

From there 8 Semi-Finalists are chosen (4 Piano, 4 Instrumental), then 4 (2 Piano, 2 Instrumental) go onto the Final on Saturday 4^th March 2017 at the Aurora Centre, Burnside High School accompanied by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.

Entry forms and further information are available on the Music Canterbury website from Friday 1^st July 2016 – www.musiccanterbury.co.nz.
