안녕하세요.
아내는 뉴질랜드시민권자이며 남편은 영주권자입니다.
현재 처가가 있는 호주에 아내가 머물고있구요.
곧 출산을 할거 같은데 호주에서 출산하게되면 아기는 호주의 시민권을 가지게 되는지 궁금하네요.
정보 부탁합니다.

Will my child be given Australian citizenship if they were born in Australia?
Your child will automatically be given Australian citizenship if:
- the child was born in Australia
- at least one of the child’s parents was an Australian citizen or permanent resident when the child was born.

추가 : What is an eligible New Zealand citizen?
An eligible New Zealand citizen is a New Zealand citizen who was living in Australia on 26 February 2001 or for at least one year in the two years immediately before 26 February 2001.
An eligible New Zealand citizen can:
- sponsor family members for an Australian permanent visa
- access certain social security payments
- obtain Australian citizenship.
시민권 가지신분이 호주에 얼마간 체류하였나에 따라 인정되는 군요.. 참고 바람니다.
