기존에 있던 140리터는 시티카운슬에서 수거해갈까요?
2개 놔두고 써도 되는건지 궁금해서요..

저도 80리터가 필요해서 신청을 해 봤는데요.
if it(기존 140리터 )'s missing/stolen, it will be replaced with the 120l standard-size red lid bin without cost.
However, if you want the 80l, this will fall under the bin size exchange request that the administrative fee of $40 applies.
