We are an Immigration Specialist Law Firm based in Auckland CBD. 

We are currently looking for a full-time  Receptionist to join our team. 

For the role,  Key Requirements and tasks include:

• Greet and welcome visitors, and call the appropriate person for them
• Must be customer-focused at all times to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction
• Fluent English language skills - both written and oral
• Arrange and record details of appointments
• Answer and transfer all phone calls and emails
• Receive and distribute correspondence, messages and deliveries
• Maintain the reception area
• Assist marketing team and administration team
• May perform other clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing and photocopying.
• Respond, communicate and send updates to clients
• Maintaining records of the meetings, documents and other relevant information in the company’s data system
• Communicate and work collaboratively with other team members
• Enjoy a busy & fast-changing environment
• be able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Honest & Reliable
• Any experience in immigration or a relevant degree would be advantageous 
• The ability to work collaboratively and be a team player
• Liaise with senior staff to handle requests and queries
