We are an Immigration Specialist Law Firm based in Auckland CBD.
We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team.
For the role, Key Requirements and tasks include:
- Greet and welcome visitors, and call the appropriate person for them
- Must be customer-focused at all times to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction
- Fluent English language skills - both written and oral
- Arrange and record details of appointments
- Answer and transfer all phone calls and emails
- Receive and distribute correspondence, messages and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area
- Assist marketing team and administration team
- May perform other clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing and photocopying.
- Respond, communicate and send updates to clients
- Maintaining records of the meetings, documents and other relevant information in the company’s data system
- Communicate and work collaboratively with other team members
- Enjoy a busy & fast-changing environment
- be able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Honest & Reliable
- Any experience in immigration or a relevant degree would be advantageous
- The ability to work collaboratively and be a team player
- Liaise with senior staff to handle requests and queries
