Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction with a strong customer-focused approach
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Arrange and record details of appointments
- Answer, transfer, and manage phone calls and emails
- Receive and distribute correspondence, messages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
- Assist the marketing and administration teams as needed
- Perform clerical tasks including word processing, data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, documents, and other relevant information in the company’s data system
- Collaborate effectively with other team members in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Honest, reliable, and a team player
- Experience in immigration or a relevant degree is advantageous
- Liaise with senior staff to handle requests and queries
