Position: Admin and Marketing
Location: Albany, Auckland.
Type: Full-Time

Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
- Positive attitude where no job is too big or too small
- The confidence to work within the local and wider community

Reliable, punctual and willing to learn on the job

A high level of accuracy and organisational skills

Great telephone & written communication skills

Some marketing experience would be an added advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Canva and CRM software

Ability to learn new programs easily

No previous experience is required as on-the-job training will be given
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily communications with clients & staff members
-
Accurate data entry
Arranging functions, excursions, promotional events & staff training

Assisting other members of staff with paperwork & documentation
-
General office duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.

Helping to grow & develop the business through Digital Marketing and Social Media.
MUST have NZ Residency / Permanent Residency and a full NZ driver's license.
