We are seeking a Projects Supervisor at Global Linings Ltd to assist deliver our healthy forward workload.
Global Linings have been operating since 1991 and work closely with our sister company Global Fire Ltd whom specialise in Passive Fire Protection. Global Linings is a family operated business with a family culture.
Our ideal candidate would;
- Be able to understand and read architectural drawings
- Be a team player
- Take pride in what they do
- Be proactive and quality conscience
- Be able to speak and write fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to manage their own time efficiently
The role would entail but not limited to;
- Measuring and ordering plasterboard and other related materials
- Ensure our Quality processes are being adhered to at the highest level
- Follow and lead by example our company Health and Safety requirements
- Budget control for jobs with outgoings for labour
- Liaising and reporting to clients
- Maintaining a positive and professional representation of our company.
- Reviewing and following client programs.
*This role is required for a full time candidate, minimum 45 hours per week. *Duration of experience required and/or qualifications: a minimum of 3 years work experience or a relevant diploma level qualification. *Salary negotiable dependent on experience plus phone and vehicle for business use.
