Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
a. Admin duties including but not limited to customer handling via phone, emails and face to face.
b. Booking service orders and monitoring their status regularly to avoid service delays.
c. Handling quotes and invoices and responding to customer inquiries relating to our services.
d. Taking ownership of escalations and providing a high standard of service to Samsung customers.
e. Ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks assigned by the service team managers.
Main requirements:
a. Good presentation
b. Vibrant character with excellent spoken and written English communication skills
c. Excellent customer service skills
Beneficial skills and experience:
a. Sales experience/knowledge
b. Admin experience
c. Store front / floor experience
