휘티레이아 폴리텍에서 무료 카페 코스를 시작했습니다.

4년전에 이 코스를 개설하여 교민분들의 많은 호응을 받으며 진행해 오다가 지난해 이 코스를 개설하지 못했는데

올해 다시 시작할 수 있게 되었습니다.

이 과정은 12주동안 진행되며 교육 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

Customer service learn how to deliver and exceed expectations to a

diverse range of customers. Learn to effectively deal with complaints and

provide a safe and secure environment for customers.

 Food safety gain a thorough understanding of food safety methods and

receive an industry certificate, which is now a national requirement.

Food preparation learn about food and beverage service, including

preparation and order taking for customers in a café and restaurant

environment.

Beverages learn to prepare and serve various non-alcoholic beverages.

Coffee making learn the skills to operate equipment and the techniques

to produce a range of coffees and practice these skills in our on-site

training café.

Work preparation gain experience in the hospitality industry through

opportunities in our on-site training café.
