From 1 July 2016, all residence applications that would have been processed at INZ Shanghai Area Office will be processed in Auckland, New Zealand.

This change affects the following residence applications and expressions of interest:
—Skilled Migrant Category
—Family Uncapped Streams – Dependent Child and Partnership residence applications
—Family Capped Streams – Parent Category Expression of Interest and residence applications, and
—all other residence application types,

except:제외카테고리 —Entrepreneur, Investor Plus/Investor 1, Investor 2, and Parent Retirement Category, which will continue to be processed at our Business Migration Branch in Wellington, and
—Permanent Resident Visas (for Resident Visa holders allowing them an indefinite stay and the ability to travel to and enter New Zealand any time) should not be sent to Auckland.

그동안 상하이 브랜치에서 진행되어오던 위의 영주권 신청서에 대한 심사가 오는 7월부터는 뉴질랜드의 오클랜드 브랜치에서 이루어지겠다고 이민부가 발표했습니다.
이번 공지의 제목은 Changes for residence applications processed in China 라고 되어 있는데요.
이것을 왜 제가 역시 공지로 올리냐구요?
한국에 계시면서 위의 카테고리에 해당되는 영주권 신청을 하는 분들에게도 해당되는 이야기이기 때문입니다. 지금이라도 한국에 체류하시는 분이 기술이민이나 초청이민 신청을 하자면요. 서류접수처가 한국이든 중국이든간에 실질적인 서류심사와 이민관은 상하이 브랜치에서 진행하게 되어 있거든요.
그러나 앞으로는 뉴질랜드로 다 보내서 한답니다.
왜 그럴까요? 왜 이렇게 해야만 했을까요??
