11월 26일부터 유학후이민법이 변경시행됩니다.
8월에 발표했던 그대로~~~ 시행한답니다.
그 디테일이야 다들 아시리라 믿지만, 아래의 내용에 대해선 좀더 확실한 안내가 필요했었지요.

< 11월 26일 이전에 잡서치비자가 만기되는 분>
아까비~~. 고용주 찾으셔서 고용주서포트 워크비자를 신청해야만 합니다. 그런 후에라야, 후일 2년 오픈워크비자로 변경하실수가 있다네요 ㅠㅠ

<11월 26일 이후에 잡서치비자가 만기되는 분>
좋죠. 패 풀렸습니다!! 고용주를 찾으실 필요 없이 그냥 추가로 2년더~~ 요청하시면 되겠습니다. 어떻게요?? 관련서류 등을 제출해야지용~~ 다만, 전처럼 특정 고용주의 잡오퍼 서류는 불필요 불필요하다지요!!

< 11월 26일 현재 고용주 서포트비자-유학후이민 후 받았던 2년짜리 그 비자(에센셜은 절대 아닙니당!!)- 소지자>
고용주 변경이나, 오픈 워크비자 상태를 원하신다면 조건변경 신청서류를 갖추어 신청하시길. 그러면 현재 가진 비자의 남은 기간만큼을 오픈워크비자로 변경해 주신다네요~~

다음의 영문 안내문을 봅시다.

* I hold an open post-study work visa, how will these changes affect me?
--------- If your open work visa is due to expire before the changes take effect on 26 November 2018, you can apply for an employer assisted post-study work visa before 26 November 2018. You will need a job offer relevant to your qualification to apply for this. If you want to, you will be able to apply for a variation of conditions to have the employer conditions removed from your work visa when the changes come into effect on 26 November 2018. This means the job and employer stated on your work visa would be removed, so you do not have to contact Immigration New Zealand if you change jobs or employers in the future.
If your open work visa expires after 26 November 2018, you will be eligible to apply for a further two-year open work visa when these changes take effect in November.

* I hold an employer assisted post-study work visa, how will the changes affect me? ----------- From 26 November 2018, you will be able to apply for a variation of conditions to have the employer conditions removed from your work visa. This means the job and employer stated on your work visa would be removed, so you do not have to contact Immigration New Zealand if you change jobs or employers in the future. This is your choice. You only need to apply for a variation of conditions if you plan to change your job, employer, or location of work. If you plan to stay in your existing job, you do not need to change your visa.
