ACCREDITED EMPLOYER WORK VISA (AEWV)

(The procedure proceeds in 3 steps )

Step 1 :  : employer check Employer certification（2 3/5/2022  application available ） 

1) NZBN business number

2)  Standard : 1--5 people can apply for work visa，Immigration service fee is $740   

2) High-volume : More than 6 people can apply for a work visa , the application fee of the Ministry of Immigration is $1220

3) Franchisee :   No limit on number of people Immigration application fee   $ 1980

4) Controlling third parties）- 인원제한없음 $3870

*  Franchisee,Controlling third parties추가서류 제출할수 있음

*  회사설립1년이하면 추가서류 제출할수 있음

*  고용주인증 기간:

For Standard, High-volume처음 승인시 1년기간, 갱신시 24개월기간

For Franchisee,Controlling third parties 처음 승인시 1년기간, 갱신시 1년기간

5) 이민성심사기간: 10일

2단계：job check 쟙 체크（20/6/2022 심사가 진행）

-  $27.76 (median) hourly wage from July 4 , 2022  

- If the  hourly wage  is $55.52  , you do not need advertising , you can apply for permanent residency pa th  way 

-  $610 application fee,  $  240 reexamination application fee 

-  Advertising validity period : 6 months

- Review period: 10 days

Step 3 : Employer-certified  work visa ( applicable  for 4/ 7/2022 )

-  Employer certification approval required

-  Visa applicants  must match their position ,  academic background and experience

-  Application fee $595,  re-examination application fee  $220, VOC $190

- Review period : 20 days
