From 12 October 2016 only EOIs with 160 points or more will be selected. This will enable the number of Skilled Migrant Category resident visas granted in 2016/17 to remain within the target range.
이렇게 기재가되어있습니다. 100점 이상이되면 신청 가능하다라는 phrase는 아직 없습니다.

없어진 것은 아닙니다. 이민성 싸이트에서 Check criteria 를 해보니.. 다음과 같은 문구가 나오는데요.
You’ll need at least 100 to be accepted into our selection pool. Currently, we are only selecting EOIs with 160 points or above.
결국 신청은 할 수 있어도 지금은 선택은 안한다는 건데..
이 상황이 1년이 될지 2년이 될지는 모르겠지만.. 가능성이 제로는 아니라고 보여집니다. ㅠㅠ
