This Sunday, Police in conjunction with Te Rito, Human Rights Commission and the Port Nicholson Poneke Cycling Club will hold the White Ribbon Mountain Bike Fun Day.
There will be a kids' pedal relay in the Velodrome, bouncy castle, BBQ, guest speakers, prize giving and of course the main event, which kicks off at 10am, is to cycle as many laps as possible within the three hour time frame, either as a team or an individual.
Includes teams from Police, NZDF, Fisheries, Wellington Free Ambulance and NZ Fire.
Guest speaker - Judge Peter Boshier.
