Rates reminder – payment due 26 February
If you’re an Auckland home or business owner and you pay your rates in quarterly instalments, your third payment for the financial year is due by 5pm on Friday 26 February.
The fourth and final instalment will be due on Friday 27 May 2016.
The easiest way to pay your rates is by direct debit, which allows you to spread your payments over the year by weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. Find out more about the different payment options, or call 09 301 0101.
You can also choose to receive your rates bill by email, which is the most efficient and environmentally friendly way to receive your bill.
Rates pay for services and facilities such as transport, libraries, swimming pools, sports fields and parks, which help make Auckland a great place to live.
