1. La Cigale French-style Farmers' Market
Shop for fresh produce, sample delicious pastries and breads or enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking up the atmosphere. Other highlights include artisan cheeses, healthy salads, jams, chutneys and more.
Saturdays 8am-1.30pm & Sundays 9am-1.30pm, 69 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell.
2. Auckland Night Markets
Auckland’s night markets make for a fantastic family outing. Try food from dozens of cultures and in hundreds of styles, all at a great price. The atmosphere is great and the sheltered premises mean the markets are open no matter what the weather is like.

3. Coatesville Market
A west Auckland gem, Coatesville Market is home to stalls selling fresh produce, locally made art and craft, delicious artisan food and much more.
First Sunday of every month (except January), 10am-2pm, corner Mahoenui Valley Road and Coatesville-Riverhead Highway.
4. Britomart City Farmers' Market
A slice of farm life in the inner city, Britomart Farmers’ Market is worth a trip into town. Grab a coffee, toasted sandwich or fresh juice and enjoy it at the nearby Takutai Square.
Saturdays 8am-12.30pm, Gore Street, Britomart.
5. Silverdale Village Market
The Silverdale Village Market is just 10 minutes’ drive north of Albany. You can shop for crafts, jewellery, plants, fresh vegetables, handmade goods, clothing and more.
Saturdays 8am-1pm, 7 Silverdale Street, Silverdale.
6. Ōtara Markets
The Ōtara Markets feature contributions from many of Auckland’s diverse cultures. You’ll find great food and fresh produce, clothing, accessories, jewellery, fashion, arts, crafts and more.
Saturdays 6am-12pm, Newbury Street, off East Tāmaki Road, Ōtara.
7. Clevedon Farmers' Market
Arrive early to get your pick of some of the freshest produce available – it sells fast! Fresh baking, pastries and espresso are also available.
Sundays 8.30am-1pm, Clevedon Showgrounds, Monument Road.
8. Matakana Village Farmers' Market
The Matakana Farmers’ Market is one of the many initiatives being undertaken by Matakana to become New Zealand’s first Cittaslow (Italian for 'slow town'). Stalls at the market sell organic and gourmet fruit, vegetables, chocolate, preserves, breads, meats, cotton reusable shopping bags and much more.
Saturdays 8am-1pm, Matakana Wharf Road.
9. Grey Lynn Farmers' Market
A vibrant and busy inner-city farmers' market where Grey Lynn locals and visitors can buy fresh produce at reasonable prices.
Grey Lynn Community Centre, 510 Richmond Road.
10. Franklin Markets
Franklin Market in Pukekohe has been running for 16 years. It is located in the public carpark on Massey Avenue.
Franklin Markets at Pokeno have been running for nearly 9 years. This is a country market held every Sunday from 8am till 2pm (approx) in a large paddock on Great South Road (right in the heart of Pokeno Village).
11. Avondale Markets
Avondale Markets have a strong Polynesian and Asian influence with a huge array of stalls, arts, crafts, products, fresh produce, clothes and so much more.
Sundays 6am-noon, Avondale Racecourse, Ash Street, Avondale.
12. Albany Farmers' Markets
Enjoy all kinds of interesting and delicious items from fresh vegetables to fabulous chocolates, and even natural health products.
First and third Saturday of the month, 9am-1pm, Albany Hall, Library Lane, Albany.
13. Sandringham Farmers' Market
Take home armloads of fresh fruit and vegetables, artisan bread, free-range eggs, organic meat, delicious cheeses and many more goodies.
Second Saturday of each month, 9am - 12.30pm, Sandringham Community Centre, 20 Kitchener Road.
