Meet at 8pm on Thursday 1 December at the Canada Street end of Lightpath, opposite Mercury Plaza, and ride along the Lightpath to the magnificent cake. Remember to light up your bike for some extra sparkle.
A year of success for magenta aventure
The Lightpath opened in 2015 thousands of Aucklanders and visitors have since enjoyed the stunning attraction. It has been featured in global media and received numerous awards for architecture and design.
First Thursday perfect excuse to party
If you’re keen to make a night of it, you’re in luck: Karangahape Road’s First Thursday Carnival starts at 6pm with activities, stalls, and a fiesta feeling all along the main drag and down the side streets.
