Christmas is coming to a place near you this weekend! Celebrate the festive season with four local board Christmas events being held in Onehunga, Three Kings, Balmoral and St Heliers.

Come and join in with carol singing, watch performances by local talent, enjoy the delicious food stalls on offer and, of course, meet Santa! With a variety of entertaining activities, family and friends will not leave disappointed.

There’s also more to enjoy on Waiheke Island the following weekend with Waiheke Carols by the Sea and the Waiheke Santa Parade.

Puketāpapa Christmas Festival featuring Three Kings Carols by Candlelight

When: Friday 4 December, 6pm-9pm

Onehunga Christmas Lights

When: Friday 4 December, 7pm-9pm
Where: Jellicoe Park, Onehunga

Carols at Potters Park

When: Sunday 6 December, 5pm-7.30pm
Where: Potters Park, corner Balmoral and Dominion Roads

Community Carols on the Green

When: Sunday 6 December, 5.30pm-7.30pm, with Santa’s Grotto open 4.30pm-5.30pm
Where: Vellenoweth Green, Tamaki Drive, St Heliers

Waiheke Carols by the Sea

When: Saturday 12 December, 5pm-7pm (rain date: Saturday 19 December)
Where: Little Oneroa, Waiheke Island

Waiheke Santa Parade

When: Sunday 13 December, 3pm (rain date: Sunday 20 December)
Where: Oneroa Shops, Oceanview Road
