I'm looking for one flatmate for a 4 bedroom home in Botany Down, near Howick and Highland Park.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, super comfy and quiet, yet convenient. It is close to all amenities like Botany town centre, schools, meadowlands mall, and highland park recreation area. Bus stops within walking distance.
Rent is $200 per week for one person, inclusive of internet, water, electricity (fair use term applies). There’s a single bed in the room. Kitchen and bathroom is shared.
3 people (all Chinese) are currently staying at this property. All are working men.
No pet no smoking please.
