4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms with a fantastic sea view. House alarm. In-house camera.

A decent size room is available. Ideally looking for a single male professional (female is welcome too).

I’m a middle-aged professional man who owns the property and lives with 22 yo son who is a music graduate guitar tutor/musician. We both love playing football and going to the gigs together.

We are close to the motorway (a 12-minute drive to the CBD on a clear run). and a 2-minute walk to bus stops. 5-10 mins walking distance to amenities (dairy, gas, restaurants, countdown). 15 mins walk to Mairangi Bay beach and 18 mins walk to Constellation bus station. Close to top schools (primary, intermediate, and college).

Kitchen with dishwasher, disposer, separate dining, and a lounge with a Smart TV. Fridge/freezer, cooking facilities include air fryer. Washing machine/dryer/sunroom.

We have a veggie garden and some fruit trees (feijoa, orange, lemon, grapes, pea, plum, persimmon, and pomegranate). FREE fruits from the garden.

Available from late November 2023.

4 weeks Bond + 2 weeks rent in advance. The price is $240/week + Utilities we pay power $150-240, water $90, and unlimited ultra fiber broadband $90 per month. Split by the total number of households, it will be around $110-140 per month for a single (approx $30 per week).

We’re not a party flat but love outdoor activities.

All visitors must be pre-approved. No sleepovers.

This would suit someone who wants a quiet and private place, not a crowded house of people on top of each other. No pets, smokers, or vapers, please.
