We're looking for someone to move into an unfirnished bedroom available on the second floor of our flat. We welcome people of different ethnic groups and gender relations.
Singles Rent: $200 per week, inclusive of wifi, gas, power and water.
Couples Rent: $240 per week, inclusive of wifi, gas, power and water.
Bond is equivalent to 2 weeks rent: $400
Total move in cost:
Single: $400 bond + 200 rent
Couple: $480 bond + 240 rent
You are also required to give 2 weeks notice when you decide to leave the flat.
House layout:
1st Floor- Front door, 2 bedrooms.
2nd Floor- Back door, 1 bedroom (available room), laundry, communal bathroom and toilet (You will be the sole flatmate that uses this bathroom, along with guests).
