지어진지 5년정도된 깔끔한 방4개 화장실 3개 딸린 하우스입니다. 위치는 Glen Innes station 근처 포인트잉글랜드 라는 곳에 위치해있구요 그래서
실비아파크, 트레인스테이션, 파켄세이브, 레스토랑, 버스정류장, ymca, gym,  바닷가등 근접이 용이하며 가깝습니다
플랫메이트 구성은 키위1명 한국인3명, 인도네시안 1명 이렇게 구성되있으며, 모두 풀타임으로 일하고 있어서 막 파티를 하거나 그런집은 아니에요. 각자 할일하면서도 그래도 가끔 주방이나 거실에서 보면 얘기도 나누며 잘 지내고 있습니다. 그러니 들어오시는분도 그런분위기에서 잘지내실분 구합니다.

방은 킹싱글베드가 있는 넓은 싱글룸이구요(살짝 작은 더블룸정도)
룸가격은 빌포함 200불입니다

-1 mins away  to bus stop
- 3 stops to Britomart staition (cbd) by train(13mins)(east bound)
-20 minutes drive to the CBD.
-15 mins walk to trains staion, Countdown, Pak n save , grocery shop, McDonalds,KFC, convince store, butchery, restaurant, etc.
-10 mins walk to the beautiful Point England Reserve
-9 mins away from sylvia park mall by car or 20mins by bus
-10mins away from Mission bay, St Heliers by car
-Have own internal big garage and external parking place next to garage, and also street parking allowed
-On 2nd floor, nice modern new kitchen and living room and balcony, toilet, a single room.
-On 3rd floor, 2 double bedrooms and big nice toilet, and another storage.

Moving date is asap. But can negotiate the settlement date.
