My friend and I are looking for a female flatmate to begin co-renting with us at Unsworth Heights in North Shore.
The flat contract will begin from January 15th with a 12-month lease - looking for a trustworthy female flatmate to start the tenancy together!
The flatmates:
We are two females in our mid-20s starting work as a teacher and a doctor in North Shore in January.
We are both tidy, friendly, and respectful, and we are looking for a flatmate who is alike.
We enjoy the occasional flat-hang/drinks but also like our alone & quiet time! Not a party-flat.
There is a separate downstairs dwelling isolated from the upstairs with its own entrance. It is tenanted to two full-time health professionals in their late 20s, both clean, quiet, and respectful.
The flat:
3 bedroom house with a study and 1 bathroom with access to fibre internet.
Convenient location with a bus stop less than 5 minutes away.
3 mins away from Constellation Bus Station and Sunnynook Bus Station, 2 min to Wairau Valley with easy access to the motorway.
For parking, there are 2 parking spaces on the property, otherwise, there is plenty of on-street parking available.
Your room:
It is the master bedroom (the only room photo attached).
The room comes with heat pumps and a built-in wardrobe.
$235 per week excluding utility bills. Utilities will be shared amongst all.
