We are a couple, 90s; we rented this whole house, the house consists of 2 double rooms, a study room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, hoping to find a mate together to share one of double bedrooms.

????️Your room: bright and spacious double room with single king bed, chair, desk and closet.

????Bathroom: Shared bathroom for three, small but adequate.

????Rent: $210 including billings (extra $10 for using heater). Bonds is $690 (3 weeks) with 3 weeks notice before moving out.

????Neighbourhood: 5 minutes drive to PAK'nSAVE Wairau Road, Taiping Supermarket, Korean Wang Supermarket and Nam Soon Hwa; 3 minutes drive to Glenfield Mall.

????Transportation and Parking: Plenty of parking spaces at the entrance; 4 minutes walk (300m) by 926 to AUT North Shore Campus and northcote center (4 minutes drive); 14 minutes walk (1km) by 923 to The Civic, 30 minutes drive to City during peak hours (15 minutes drive to North Shore Bridge during weekdays without traffic jam).

Other: we have PS5 and Switch at home, we can play games together and watch drama shows together in our spare time. Also we can meet up for badminton, swimming, skiing and hiking.
