We are seeking a Korean female flatmate to join us and sharing about Korean culture and languages.

About the Flat:

• 4-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms (including a women’s-only bathroom)
• Laundry room, living room and kitchen facilities  
• Located a 5-minute walk from the Dominion Road bus stop in Mount Roskill
• Nearby amenities include restaurants, asian supermarkets, gas stations, and cafes, making it convenient for those without a car and for commuting to the city
• Fully furnished room that is warm and cozy, equipped with a single bed, small desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers
• Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

About Our East Asian Flatmates:

• Currently, there are two males (including myself) and one female, all of us working.

Our Ideal Korean Female Flatmate:

• Age at least 18s
• Clean, tidy and respectful
• Non-smoker
• Minimal or no cooking responsibilities
• Pay rent on-time

Rent:

• Rent is $135 + $40 for shared utilities includes fair usage of power/water/internet)= $175 per week. 
• Bond two weeks ($135 x 2 =$270)
• Upon moving in, we require rent and utilities charges paid in advance for one week.
• Total move-in cost is $445.

General House Rules:

• Maintain cleanliness, kindness, and consideration.
• No visitors allowed, as there are numerous eateries along Dominion Road within walking distance.
• Smoking and/or vaping are not permitted.
• Note that all rooms in our household are well insulated. However, there will be additional costs if heaters are used.
