욕실은 두플랫만 쉐어하시면 되구요. 가구없는 좋은크기의 방이나 큰벽장과 가구가 있는 더블룸이 있어요
두방 모두 주당 200불 이구여..물세,전기세,인터넷포함입니다
적당한 사이즈의 라운지,큰키친,다이닝 룸이 있으며, 스트릿파킹 장소 많고, 조용하고 안전한 환경입니다.
학교,슈퍼마켓,실버데일 몰이 근처에 있고 알바니몰까지 15분걸립니다.
풀타임 일하시고,개를 좋아하며, 깔끔하신분 선호합니다.

4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

This brand new house (4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms) is built in Milldale (We have not moved in yet.).There are two sunny and Good size unfurnished or furnished double rooms with a large wardrobe. Can provide a single or double bed and writing desk.
There is a comfy sized lounge, a large kitchen and dining room area. Plenty of off-street parking. Great environment for living, quiet,convenient,and safe.

There are supermarkets, schools and Silverdale Mall nearby. Also, it only takes 15 minutes to drive to Albany Mall.

We are a couple and a 2yrs boy currently living in an ensuite room. My mum will stay until November but she is using the ensuite bathroom with us. So you only need to share the bathroom with the other tenant(if we have).We also have a 5 yrs old boarder collie who is very clear and loving human.
We are working full-time and living a simple life. We are also easy-going, and respectful and enjoy communicating with flatmates.

There are two sunny and spacious bedrooms available for rent for $200/ week, include power and water , wi-fi (p.s additional $20 /per week is apply for the heater fee if you have). With nearly everything ready in the room, you can just move in.

If I can get the tenants who have full time job，friendly with doggy, love a quiet and clean environment for the room, that will be awesome! This is the most favorable price in the area, so contact me quickly to keep the room yours:)
