플랫메이트 구성은 키위1명  칠레안 1명 말레이시안 1명이구요. 나이는 20대 중반 -30대 초반이고 플랫메이트 생활 오래되었기에 다들 깔끔합니다. 다들 자기 일하느라 바쁘지만 마주치면 다들 착하고 친절합니다

방은 햇빛이 잘드는  더블룸이구요 가구는 다 있으니 몸만 들어오시면 됩니다 룸가격은 빌포함(제일빠른 giga net,water,gas,electricity)
195불입니다 (바로 입주가능 혹은 날짜 네고 가능)

We are all professional mid 20 to early 30. A bit busy with our own stuff but we enjoy talking together when we see.
not a party flat.Our flat is a mixed nationality (Malaysian, Chilean, Kiwi). So we are friendly , open minded to anyone from any other countries also nice people.

So a room is fully funished.you don't need to bring big furniture :)

-A sunny double room:  $170+$25 bill per week (included water, electricity, gas,5g (gigantic) wifi /per week
(Move in available asap. But can be negotiated)

House: located in Point England
-1 mins away  to bus stop
- 3 stops to Britomart staition (cbd) by train(13mins)(east bound)
-20 minutes drive to the CBD.
-15 mins walk to trains staion, Countdown, Pak n save , grocery shop, McDonalds,KFC, convince store, liquor,butchery, restaurant, etc.
-10 mins walk to the beautiful Point England Reserve
-9 mins away from sylvia park mall by car or 20mins by bus
-10mins away from Mission bay, St Heliers by car
-Have own internal big garage and external parking place next to garage, and also street parking allowed
-On 2nd floor, nice modern new kitchen and living room and balcony, toilet, a single room.
-On 3rd floor, 2 double bedrooms and big nice toilet, and another storage.
