Hello everyone! 

We’re looking for two new flatmates to join our 5-bedroom house in Ellerslie, as our current flatmates are off on new adventures. You’ll be living with two professional guys in their 30s. 

This is a quiet, friendly home—not a party house! 

About the House: 

Comfortable Living: Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with two living rooms (one with a dining table) and a spacious kitchen featuring a gas stove, fridge, air fryer, and microwave. Outdoor Space: Relax in our BBQ area and large patio. 

Outside parking is available. Convenience: Ideally located near shops, restaurants, bus stops, and gyms. You’ll share a bathroom with the new flatmates and have access to laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). 

Room Details: Both rooms are unfurnished. Although if you required furniture we can provide the bed making it easy to settle in if you need furniture.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re ideally seeking for a flatmate in their mid-20s to 30s. We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful, and reliable with rent payments.

Rent: 

$255 for single bills are including (WiFi, electricity, and water) 

Bond: $600 + One week’s rent required in advance 

$300 for couple bills are including (WiFi, electricity, and water) 

Bond: $600 + One week’s rent required in advance 

No pets, or smoking allowed. 

Availability: Rooms are available from October 8th and 11th.
