A Herald on Sunday는 부동산협회(Real Estate Institute)의 2006년 지표를 분석하면서 집매매가 조금 길어졌으나 판매가격은 계속 오르고 있다는 것을 지적하였다.
국내경기의 성장과 고용정책의 유동성, 그리고 안정된 이민정책으로 인해 집값은 계속 오를 것 같다고 하면서 전문가는 이자율이 오른다하도 집값은 올 해 10% 성장할 것이라고 전망했다.
