I am looking for a flatmate who is a clean and tidy full time worker in their 20-30’s and can pay rent on time for in the two-room granny house.
You will live with me adventurous female, work full time. I am not a party goer but do enjoy social gatherings at home or out and BBQ parties and board games during day time. Love hiking and any kind of outdoor activities, cafe and bar hopping and etc.
I hope i can find not only a flatmate but also a good friend who can respect each other and enjoy the company.

General features:
- You will share kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as a spacious deck.
- A generous sized (bigger than the other room, double-door closet with great ventilation.)
- It will easily fit a double bed, a set of drawers and a desk. (Currently, no furniture, if your concern is a bed I can provide a kings single bed.)

- Lovely deck with outdoor chairs, a table and parasol
- No late night party, pet and smoking.

Location: very safe and convenient
- Fairview Heights (next to Albany and Oteha Valley, school zone, near Messay University, safe and clean area)
- Bus stop right across the house to Albany station and you can catch express buses to CBD.
- Within 6 mins driving, Westfield, Pak n Save, Mega shopping centre, Woolworth and New World, Asian Markets, Mitre10, Albany sports centre(inc swimming pool, and Tennis club.)

Room: $250/week including bills(water electricity, gas and internet) 3weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance are required.
