RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a one-year free replacement or repair for any manufacturing defects, including factory errors and prescription lens errors. This policy covers faulty hinges, frame misalignment, coating defects, and incorrect prescription lenses. However, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
