Returns

OLIVIA will exchange or refund any item purchased through Online Store.
​If you decide to return or exchange the product, it should be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt
- Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on Earrings.
Please note that we cannot accept cosmetic returns that we believe to have been opened or used.
Cosmetic products must also only be returned in it's original condition - both packaging boxes and actual product unopened.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
​We do not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us.
​​Garments must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached and garments have never been worn.​
​Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons unless faulty.
​Purchases made in OLIVIA offline stores cannot be returned to the online store.
​OLIVIA is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.​

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as you discover the fault.
​Once we receive the item we will repair, ​exchange or refund the item, at our discretion, within 5 days of receipt.
​Please advise us your preference.
​​​​​If the item is faulty we will refund you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. ​​​

The items are shipped from Merchants.

Delivery times and costs are set by Merchants and, therefore vary depending on which Merchant you are buying from. After placing your order, you will be able to track its progress on my account which will either display the progress of your order, or provide a link to the relevant carrier’s site (on which you can check your order’s progress).

To ensure successful delivery, you must provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours. The Merchant will not be liable for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the relevant delivery timeframe.

Where you have selected pick up items, the Merchant will notify you when your order is ready, and you will have 10 working days to collect it. If you believe you are unable to collect your order in 10 working days you will have to contact the Merchant to discuss for further schedule.

Refund

You are eligible for a complete refund if the product has been damaged or is not the one you have ordered. You will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us within 5 days after receipt of the products.

Restricted returns

Not applicable for items that have restrictions and exceptions resulting from New Zealand Copyright laws and health and safety issues. That means a refund or exchange is only available for the following products if that product is defective:

NOTE: These products are still guaranteed under the Consumer Guarantees Act

Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that labels and tags are intact and the products have not been in use. You must return the free gift (if received) in its original condition along with your returning item in order to be eligible for a refund.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold on k-shop (www.nzkoreapost.com, shop.nzkoreapost.com) websites. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the Seller has the obligation to repair, replace or refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the item of your purchase has been dispatched from Merchants. Once your item has left Merchants, your order is not subject to cancellation.

Promotional items including daily deals cannot be cancelled once a purchase has been confirmed.
